Histozon is a free Chrome extension and companion website that allows users to (a) view Amazon product price history, (b) compare prices across Amazon's 13 EU/US marketplaces in real time, and (c) set drop alerts. The Service is funded by Amazon affiliate commissions — see Section 5.
By installing the Chrome extension or using the histozon.com website, you accept these Terms in full.
The Service is free of charge for end users, with no subscription, no premium tier, no in-app purchase, and no advertising.
Histozon participates in the Amazon EU Associates Programme and the Amazon US Associates Program. When you click an Amazon link in the extension or website and proceed to purchase, Amazon pays us a commission (3% to 10% depending on product category). The price you pay is unaffected. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This is explicitly disclosed on every page footer.
You may not (a) reverse-engineer the extension to remove the affiliate tags, (b) attempt to scrape or overload our backend API, (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose, or (d) misrepresent the Service as your own product.
The Service is provided "as is". Price data is sourced from Amazon's official PA-API and is generally accurate within minutes, but we make no warranty of completeness or timeliness. Amazon is the sole authoritative source for current prices. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on the data shown.
Amazon, the Amazon logo, Amazon.com, Amazon.fr, Amazon Prime, Echo and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Histozon is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may discontinue or modify the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes arising from the Service fall under the jurisdiction of French courts. EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
